We have 2 rooms 422/424 and the hotel is so familiar with us❤️ The room is perfect. Kudos to the housekeeping staff Vijit Nishant Siddhesh constantly cleaning our room thanks to them. I m here for few more days I hope the same continuity will be.

The bed here was very comfortable - not too soft like many hotel beds. The staff, especially Nilesh and Sanchit, were very accommodating. The hotel was in a great location for visiting the Juhu area - with popular spots like Prithvi Theatre right nearby.

Sharing our anniversary experience at Novotel Juhu property. We were lucky to celebrate our anniversary at Novotel Juhu, Mumbai. Tucked away in the outback with stellar views on all sides. The sunrise & sunset at sea around this place is amazing. The food is simply lip smacking & we try the veg food, paneer vegetable & and pizza, and all was super amazing tasty. The management is thoughtful, caring, and a no hassles at all types of folks - got the opportunity to talk to a few like CHEF HEAD MR. JERSON, and he is constantly seeking advice on improvements & giving us the best of best experience. Mr. Jerson is full of energy and active & he is always very welcoming with guests. Jerson is one of my most favorite gentlemen I met in the hospitality industry. Would also like to thank MS. HUMERA for decorating our room and giving us a complete hassle free room booking and all beautiful amenities in the room. MS. HUMERA, thank you so much for the anniversary cake and sweets, this means a lot to us. Also met MR. VISHAL (GM) and felt very friendly with him. Most importantly, the service staff Janothan, Siddhi, Sahil & others are the rockstars of the hotel experience provided. All in all the places, food and people brought us the most relaxing time on our anniversary, we party, dazed at sunsets & strolled through their property beautifully laden.
